Certainly! If you would like to enclose a personalized message, please write it in the "Special Instruction for Seller" box at the bottom of your cart. We will duplicate your message on a greeting card and enclose in your order.
All orders from The Little Shop of Jewels are packaged perfectly for gifting.
We don’t include any kind of receipt in the packaging. The receipt will be emailed directly to the buyer for safe keeping!
Sorry, we do not offer price adjustments for pieces that were not purchased during a promotional sale period.
All inventory is subject to price change at anytime. We do not allow price adjustments.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days via UPS (insurance and tracking is included).
If an order will be shipped past 7 days of purchase, you will be notified.
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
Standard Shipping is $10 and includes tracking and insurance.
All packages are sent via UPS.
As of right now, The Little Shop of Jewels only ships within the USA.

Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 1 month of noticing any defects.
The warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear on your jewelry.
This warranty is void if your jewelry is repaired or otherwise altered by another service provider.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds
Yes, within 7 days of delivery.
A refund request can be submitted within 7 days from date of delivery.
After the 7th day of delivery, purchases can be returned for credit only.
In the case when the product(s) and packaging are and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been damaged and the product(s) has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when a product(s) has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.
Please be aware that sale items, exchanged items, custom orders, special orders and altered or sized items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged. Gift cards purchases are final sale.
Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping fees - no exceptions.
Due to the high volume of orders and fast shipping times, we cannot guarantee changes or order cancellations before your order is shipped. Please send a message to Hello@TheLittleShopOfJewels.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancel/Order Change" as well as your order number. We will do our best to help you!
Please send a message to Hello@TheLittleShopOfJewels.com to being your return or exchange request. Once your message is receive, we will authorize an RA number and provide you with the return shipping information.
Your return will be reviewed upon receiving, and once it has been accepted for return, your refund or exchange will be processed as quickly as possible — usually within 1-2 few business days. Your refund should appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods.
